This comic was actually posted in late January, the day I went to join Stephen Notley ("Bob the Angry Flower") and
Weebl and Skoo ("Weebl's Stuff") for a talk at MIT on webcomics and cartoons. I knew I had to get something up. The last panel was from a comic
I'd drawn in 1999 for my long-dead personal site, and the rest were doodles I slapped captions on.
I actually considered making the doll and robot an ongoing comic, but realized the first strip depressed me so much that drawing it more than once would probably result in a lot of
drinking. -R.
